05-07-08 I'm very sorry for being so negligent. I really will make an effort to improve. As you've probably noticed, I made a new layout. I'm not sure how long this will be up, because I'm not entirely happy with it. I also got rid of the skins. It's just too much trouble.
12-17-07 OK, I've cleaned up the site a bit. I fixed/deleted any broken links and also some coding mistakes and misspellings. I'm also think that I want to improve some of the pages; make them neater, cleaner. Oh, I also got rid of the tagboard, since it turned into nothing more than a spam board. Look for some more updates in the near future.

09-17-06 Yikes! I haven't updated all summer! *slaps wrist* I'm such a bad girl. I felt like the site really needed updating, so I just threw together what I had on hand, which was two new LJ icons. I actually entered these at Galadriel Stillness. Not that they won anything; they only got one vote a piece. =P I also updated two affiliate links and I deleted one affiliate because it seems to have disappeared.
05-15-06 OK, I finally got the TTT excerpts up. I'll get started on the ROTK excerpts soon. I also have a couple of new ideas for the site. =)

02-28-06 OK, every Galadriel excerpt from FOTR is now up! It took a bit longer than I wanted because I've been busy lately. I just finished studying The Merchant of Venice in school, and it took a lot out of me.
02-08-06 I made one new wallpaper and five new icons. I'm going to try to get the next chapter excerpt in up in the next week or two.
01-30-06 I'm so sorry! I can't believe it's been nearly three months since my last update! I've just been so busy lately, what with the holidays, and school and all that stuff. I am going to try really hard to be better, though. I promise. I re-tooled the excerpts page slightly. I've also added all of the excerpts from "The Mirror of Galadriel". Hopefully I'll be able to finish "Farewell to Lórien" soon. =) I also added a contact form, and I tweaked a few minor things here and there.
11-06-05 And we're back! Sorry for disappering for a while. I didn't make my payment for my domain name registration. I know, I know, it's bad, but I thought that either it was an automatic payment, or I would at least be notified before I lost the domain. Anyways, I decided to get rid of the name altogether, since I don't really use it much. I will be e-mailing all of the sites that link La Vanima ve Míri shortly to notify them of the link change. Again, I apologize for disappering. =\
10-15-05 Ooohh, sorry about the lack of updates. I've been busy with school lately, and I have to devote a good amount of my free time to my TCG, Candy Bar and the TCGs I play. But, enough with excuses and thinly disguised plugs (lol), I do have an update. La Vanima ve Míri has won Best Info at Dome of Stars! Thank you so much, Magnus! Please, go check out the beautiful award he made me. It's the last one on the list. =) I'll try to update a little soon.
09-27-05 I added a page with excerpts from the books about Galadriel. Right now, it only has excerpts from The Silmarillion, but I will add excerpts from The Lord of the Rings, too. Maybe even some excerpts from The History of Middle-earth series.
09-18-05 I'm sorry I've been so bad lately. I've been preoccupied with this and that. I tweaked a few pages a bit -- now all of the sections (Galadriel, Media, etc) have a short description for each link. I also put the 100x100 and 50x50 icons on different pages. There are four new LJ icons and six new AIM icons. La Vanima ve Míri also won Best Elf Site from Faina Awards. Thanks, Pandora!

08-15-05 I made a new skin, featuring a lovely art piece by John Howe. I also went through the site and tweaked a few things here and there -- mostly changing the wording. I deleted the fans section since no one seemed very interested in it. Besides, you can find fan art and fan fiction on nearly every LotR site. I'm working on making the site more professional, so expect a few minor changes for the next week or two. I also made a new wallpaper.
07-30-05 Sorry for lack of updates. We've been going through a heat wave for the past two or three weeks, and my mind has been suffering, as well as my motivation. ;) Anyways, La Vanima ve Míri won Best Character Site, Best Elven Site and The Grey Havens Award at A Elbereth Gilthoniel! Thank you, Morri! I've also changed the splash page -- tag the tagboard and tell me what you think. I plan to start working on a new layout sometime this week, but we'll see what happens. =)

05-16-05 I replaced the FOTR caps from LOTR Image Library with a bunch of my own. There are now a grand total of 140 caps in the gallery. =)
05-03-05 Happy May! =) Replaced the TTT caps from LOTR Image Library with nine of my own. That brings the total cap count to just over seventy.
